Music Performances:
Little Miss and the Boom: We have a very special band coming in for our Thursday night kickoff party in the Kahuna Lounge! Little Miss and the Boom brings modern vintage cabaret rooted in swing and blues. The band provides a polished, atmosphere-driven live show for premier jazz rooms, theaters, and festival stages. They will show us the hits to keep our juke joint a jumpin! You can find and stream their music here.

The Carnivals: Our Saturday Pool Party will be a hit thanks to a special show by the Carnivals! You may recognize Kevin Patey, who has been banging out rockabilly in Boston and around the world as Jittery Jack. He recently launched this new band who are rooted in greasy ’50s New Orleans R&B, played with Patey’s trademark spirit and wit. Check out their full album on Rum Bar Records!

Don Who Luau Show: Nor’Easter Island wouldn’t be complete without some musical accompaniment for our Saturday evening Luau. The Don Who Luau Show is brought to you by Don and Elyse Young. Long time performers in music and acting, we had Don here on our first year with the Swinging Palms band. They will be playing a fun mix of Hawaiian songs and Hapa Haole favorites.

Compaq Big Band with Sinatra: Headlining our Saturday night 1950’s ball will be the Compaq Big Band with Ed Scheer singing the hits of Sinatra! Ed is well known as the lead front man of the Love Dogs band. This 19-piece group will bring all the great hits of the era to our nighttime dance following the Saturday Luau. We will also have a beginner swing dance lesson at 8pm and then the band will play 9-11pm. For our swing dance followers out there, there will be a separate ticket offered for the dance only. You can check out some of their music here.

Music Lounge
Saturday’s Vendor Market will feature a rotating arrangement of talented surf and rockabilly acts starting at 10am called the Nor’Easter Music Lounge. Confirmed bands for now are our friends at the 9th Wave surf band out of CT and rockabilly from Roy Wilson and the Buzzards. We will be adding more acts, too. At the music lounge, you can shop the vendors, then grab a drink, lunch, and enjoy some great live music!
